The purpose of the Continuous Improvement Training program is to provide managers, who are responsible
for improving the KPI’s that impact the overall customer experience, with tangible tools and strategies for
training those on the frontline that affect these scores. At K-Method, we call it course correction or performance
improvement training because the focus is on the specific skill, behavior or activity that is affecting the KPI.
