K-Method collects, stores, uses and protects your (Member’s) personal information (including but not limited to name, telephone number, and email address) for the use of providing services, training, products, functionalities and other features offered on our website(s).  K-Method will provide Member’s Private Information solely to enable the fulfillment of Member’s order for K-Method Services.This Privacy Policy describes the measures taken by us to protect your privacy in connection with your use of https://workcertified.com (our “Site”). This Privacy Statement discloses our collection, use and storage practices surrounding the personal information we collect from you when you visit our Site, regardless of where you visit it from. The EU’s new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a legislation that aims to improve transparency, security, and control of personal data. K-Method will not sell, barter, lease, rent, donate or share Member’s Private Information.We may from time to time amend this policy which shall be effective at the time it is posted.

We collect personal data from you when you make it known to us by registering for our services, confirming opt-in requests, making purchases, filling our surveys, submitting questions and requesting information.

Data collected to manage your membership
At checkout, we will collect your name, email address, username, and password. This information is used to setup your account for our site. If you are redirected to an offsite payment gateway to complete your payment, we may store this information in a temporary session variable to setup your account when you return to our site. At checkout, we may also collect your billing address and phone number. This information is used to confirm your credit card. The billing address and phone number are saved by our site to prepopulate the checkout form for future purchases and so we can get in touch with you if needed to discuss your order. At checkout, we may also collect your credit card number, expiration date, and security code. This information is passed to our payment gateway to process your purchase. The last 4 digits of your credit card number and the expiration date are saved by our site to use for reference and to send you an email if your credit card will expire before the next recurring payment. When logged in, we use cookies to track some of your activity on our site including logins, visits, and page views.

Personal information shared with third parties
To process your payments, credit card transactions, or other services, we may share your personal information with third party merchants, financial institutions and other provider services that we partner with to allow them to create user accounts and facilitate payments from you. The third parties may share information with us such as name, address, email and phone number to inform us that a payment has been made or account was created for services. We use this information to validate your Membership to access K-Method services. These third parties are not permitted to use this information for any other purpose than to facilitate payment transactions and notifications. Member acknowledges and agrees that K-Method may access and disclose Member account information if required to do so by law or in good faith disclose personal information that is reasonably necessary to satisfy any legal regulations or processes.

Right to Access, Corrections, Erasure, and Export of your data
You have the right to control your personal data. More specifically, you have the following rights:

  • To be informed: you have a right to be informed in plain, simple language of our privacy policy
  • To have access: we will provide you with the data we have about you
  • To correct information: request we fix incorrect data about you
  • To erasure (to be forgotten): request we erase data about you and  cease further dissemination of the data

  • To data portability: ask that we provide your personal data we have be exported to you
  • To object: object to how we use your data
