About this Program
The Work Readiness training program is a comprehensive evergreen training solution designed for workforce training boards, trade associations, and job training centers to meet the needs of the community they serve. This program consists of three elements: a branded Learning Management System(LMS) to train, track and measure outcomes; a robust training library that includes skills gap training topics along with two complete courses that already meet WIOA standards; and access to a coach to facilitate training virtually as needed. As a result, workforce training boards, trade associations, and job training centers will be better equipped to skill, reskill & upskill workers to meet the challenges businesses face today.

The Youth Employment Learning Program
(YELP) intends to teach young people ages 16-24 the required skills, strategies, and knowledge to succeed in the workplace. In addition, YELP delivers candidates who possess the skills that employers expect and value most.
The Adult Employment Learning Program
(AELP) provides organizations with a solution that works with adults facing employment barriers. The goal of AELP is to help individuals develop critical job skills, improve productivity, and learn key insights on how to succeed in the workplace after overcoming obstacles to employment.
