About this Program

The Work Readiness training program is a comprehensive evergreen training solution designed for workforce training boards, trade associations, and job training centers to meet the needs of the community they serve. This program consists of three elements: a branded Learning Management System(LMS) to train, track and measure outcomes; a robust training library that includes skills gap training topics along with two complete courses that already meet WIOA standards; and access to a coach to facilitate training virtually as needed. As a result, workforce training boards, trade associations, and job training centers will be better equipped to skill, reskill & upskill workers to meet the challenges businesses face today.
